This is the first of a weekly series of posts introducing you to the modules in the BFNow Self-Study program.
Module 1 supports you to experience your Optimal Zone, increase your Optimal Zone resilience and experience yourself as a complex territory rather than a simple object.
It does this by focusing on the experience of these things more than the conceptual framing. That will come later. When you begin with experience, you often have a better chance of gaining a truly fresh perspective and depth of understanding.
It’s adapted from the first week of the earlier Bright Future Now course. That course was developed before the language in the Foundational Keys but the underlying concepts are very similar. This module is an initial step into being savvy about psychodynamics and, in a personal way, developing systems literacy.

Within each exploration page is an experiential and some conceptual framing to support the experiential. You will get good value if you simply read each page but you will get a whole new level of value if you do the experientials.
